The SIGPRO 3D Hitting Strip is our most durable insert that will withstand repetitive impacts for long term use in a residential or commercial environment. This is a sturdy, yet flexible and forgiving turf insert that produces realistic feel and feedback for the golfer.

SIGPRO 3D is designed with a mid-layer of polyurethane fibers to help absorb impact and provide forgiveness, while a 1-inch thick layer of vibrant green tufted turf on top gives the golfer a realistic hitting surface tailored for high volume use.

The SIGPRO 3D is best used with simulator tees like the Tomahawk NEO plastic tee, the Bir-Tee, or the versatile TeeClaw that allows the use a real golf tee.

1 DESIGN
Softy’s innovative design starts in the middle with a super soft foam insert. A plush layer of 1-inch thick Teeline turf mimics real grass feel while providing 100% accurate feedback on great shots and mishits. A thin layer of responsive ABS polyurethane allows for the flex action to occur at impact and then returns the turf to its original shape.

Three compression slots on the bottom of the Softy act as release valves so as the turf is compressed at impact, the air pressure dissipates giving the golfer a realistic and smooth follow through without the sharp vibrations that other hitting mats produce.

The SIGPRO Softy LITE is a lightweight, thinner golf hitting strip that takes the best features from the SIGPRO Softy Hitting Strip and cuts down the height for easier flooring installation.

The Softy LITE is perfect for DIY golfers who are building their flooring around their hitting strip. The shorter height allows for fewer materials used overall to build up their subfloor saving costs and increasing your overall space from your floor to your ceiling for a more comfortable swing plane.

SIGPRO SOFTY VS SOFTY LITE
The Softy LITE sports the same design as our regular SIGPRO Softy Hitting strip, with 2 key differences. The first is the overall height of the hitting strip. The Softy LITE measures 1-1/4″ high where the SIGPRO Softy measures 2-5/8″ high.

The second main difference is the top turf that is used. The Softy LITE utilizes a premium putting turf that CANNOT take a real tee; the SIGPRO Softy uses 1″ thick tee line turf that CAN take a real tee.
