I am informed by the Governing Body that The 2-year term of the present Governing body comes to an end on Sep 7, 2016. Pursuant to the discussions held in last General Body Meeting of March 20, 2016 in this regard and as per the decision of the General Body at that time, it is proposed by the Governing body to hold elections for the following officer bearers of our Resident Welfare Association, on Sunday Sep 11, 2016 immediately after the AGM at 1300 hours.

This is to invite nominations for the above positions of office bearers. Nominations should be given to the undersigned in the Performa attached with the notice. 

The schedule of the election shell be as follows:

Election will be conducted during the AGM on September 11, 2016  at   1300 hrs by show of hands. Result will be placed before the General Body at 2.30 pm for approval. ominations should reach the undersigned (C/O  RWA   Office –D-106  Saket)   by  Sep 3, 2016,  6PM Positively.
